Remarks
Teaching in the college is very good, if you want to do engineering just for the study purpose then seriously this is the best college, if you are creative and you want to do something else in life this college is not suitable.
Entrance Preview
I wrote the entrance exam CET and got the ranking around 75000, It didn’t know much about the college but i wanted to study in Bangalore so put this college in the option entry and i got this college that’s how i landed up in this college, There was no interview process, I was interested in mechanical so i took up that course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The mechanical subject was very good, There was not much focus given on the practical learning, yes our institute had their research institute where some research works were going on. We had elective options in the final year.
Internships Opportunities
Yeah college also used to provide internships for the students, Yes the college supported in each and every way to get an internship, If the internship is for many days then they usually don’t give permissions keeping the attendance matter in mind.
Placement Experience
There were no placements for my branch i.e mechanical but for IT branches and other branches like CS and all they used to have the highest placements, very rarely core companies used to visit our college, The average package was around 3-5 lakhs. Companies visited were TCS, Tech Mahindra, Alpha 9.
College Events
There were no events at all in our college, The only grand programme in our college was the college which was conducted once in a year. Sports day was also conducted. nowadays we also have semi projects like GO Kart, quadcopter, etc;
Fee Structure And Facilities
For the first year and second year of my engineering i paid a fees of Rs 60,000 and for the rest of the years we paid Rs 64000. Apart from this we had to pay the exam fees that’s it. Nothing much apart from this.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes scholarship was given for the high scoring students from the chairman, And other scholarships from the government was as usual for the obc students.
Campus Life
In terms of extra curricular college was not so good, since we did not have much activities for the students to explore their talent.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was good, food was good, there was no much freedom given to the students, usually the rooms were 4 sharing.
Alumni/Alumna
There was no alumni network in our college, Neither we did get any opportunity ti speak with our alumnees.
Exam Structure
There were 3 internals and the best of two was selected at the last, these internals were for 25 marks, for lab there was only one internal, The external exams were very strict, The exams were not tiring it was chill culture.
Faculty
Faculties were very good, They had a qualification of M.Tech, P.hD (some faculties), Some were interactive and few were least bothered about the students, The standard of teaching was very good.
