Remarks

I think my college is best. And i m happy to be here. Yes surely i want to highlight that the special think about this college is that it is safe place to make our carrier. Till now i experienced many things and overall they all were superb.

Entrance Preview

I have appeared for UPTU. During my counselling i found one of the best government college for this course. No their was no interview process. I was interested in medical field. I wanted to be a doctor but unfortunately i couldn't able to take admission there. So i decided to work in the medical field as a pharmacist.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

According to me the course i have choosen is best for me. In my course mainly focus on practical learning only. We use to have our lab approximately 3 hours a day. No not yet any research initiatives taken by the institute.

Internships Opportunities

Yes we will have internship of 4 to 5 months conducted by our university under the guidance of our teacher. Ya as i know it will be a great experience. No we don't have to pay for this internship, it was included in our fee.

Placement Experience

3.5

As i have heard about the placement here. Placement is all about good. Approximately 50-60 percent of students got placed. Zaneka drugs, Leimarel biotech private limited, Claris-life sciences limited etc. are the major companies that visited the campus. Average package was approximately 6 to 7 lakhs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was bit costly as it charges approximately 1 lakh per annum. As it is affordable for some students but for most of the students it is quite large amount to pay.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes our college provide scholarship. No i didn't avail any of them. As scholarship is for those students whose father income is less than 2 lakh per annum. Thats why i didn't fill it.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Yes i m living in a hostel. We use to share rooms here. No PGs facility is not available here. We use to pay approximately thirty thousand per annum. And food quality is average. As it is not so good and not so bad.

Exam Structure

It is a chill culture. No the exams and labs very frequent make us feel tired at the end of the day. Because our teachers are cooperative and as well they explain us every detail in a better way so that we don't feel tired.

Faculty

4

My faculty is very much experienced and also they all are well qualified. But obvious they are in our college so our institute will select qualified teachers only. They are good in interactive. As the way of teaching of teachers is different. Mean if we are listening in the class definitely we will never get tired or feel sleepy because the way they teaches is understood by us and explain us clearly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In current scenarios b pharma is one of the best option to pursue carrier for becoming drug inspector or pharmacist. The frequency of exam is after every 3 months we have to give sessional exams followed by annual exams ( theory + practicals).

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
