Everything is good, but people here should stop intervening in each other's life and must follow their aims. Placement for biotech must be improved

Yes, i got admission here after clearing my Aipmt exam and on the basis of rank i scored in it.. Also, the admission here depends on you r 10th and 12th percentage. I got to know about this college from my cousin who was already a final year student at that time. Yes there was an interview process of student along with parents but very basic and normal one. My parents didnt wanted me to go far in universities like manipal(sikkim) vit(vellore) and many more.. So they asked me to choose this college for biotech (dual degree)

Academics is the best part of jiit. The study material, faculty, courses offered each sem, practicals, lab works, major and minor projects, internships everything is seriously good.

Unaware of this I did my internship from outside, not in college, but i guess the college provides internship to ph.d. students from outside.

This year placement was good as compared to past few years in every branch. Major conpanies were squadrn, infosys, amazon, delloite, hcl, kuliza, grail etc. Average package - 4-6 lakhs

Not mentioning all the events but yes major ones! Technical- Saplabs, jmun, joust, robotics, cyber srishti. Cultural- ethnic night, fest. Fest is major event. College does not contribute good money for any of its event. Most of the time, students have to invest their own money. I am a leader of a hub and the college doesn't provide budget for any of the events except fest.

For my parents, it was affordable. I think its a private college, so the college charges very reasonable fee. But i guess the hostel fee must be reduced.

There are hubs related to almost all kind of talents from technical, to art, to music, to drama, to dance.. Everything ! Yes yes for sure, people here get ample opportunities to explore thier hidden talents. But yeah again, no budgets at all !

I am a day scholar. But i know about the hostel rooms.. Two people share a room. No they dont have Pgs i guess.. The food as far as i have heard is not up to the mark for hosteliers but i have eaten 3-4 times from mess and it was not that bad.

Alumini meet is organised almost every year so that currently studying students can have a good interaction with their seniors.

Oh. Jiit is never tired to take your exams. You will start just relaxing and boom "exams are here again" ! But yes these exams and lab works always helpful in making even the most dull student, hardworking.

All of them including senior professors are very supportive and interactive as well. All of the teachers here are perfect blend of strictness, discipline and friendly( when out of class, if you have a doubt) Each year, students are asked to fill a feedback form for each teacher. Their promotion or demotion is based on what we students fill for them. This is the best thing i found here.
