Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite varied and some topics are not necessary for future but just there to study and have general knowledge. Curriculum is decided under RTU so we really can't question it The faculty of 1st year is amazing and very talented have amazing teaching skills After that , when you come in 2nd year it's more like you're just attending classes for sake of attendance but some teachers are good there too. Very rare though
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester students are provided with CAMPUS RECRUITMENT TRAINING and from that time only they get eligible for campus placements, placement used to be amazing but these days due to COVID and recession it's falling out ,I hope it gets better. Recently our campus got placement from Flipkart,HPE and some more big companies but Capgemini and Accenture being mass recruiters. Most of the students do get placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost is fairly low compared to other private colleges and sometimes all students are given scholarships too upto 20% but that mostly occurs for first year students, it's more like a tactic to get fee submission faster I think.
Campus Life
College life is great , we have more than 25 clubs in our college including dance, music, drama, poetry, social clubs and what not. Our cultural tech fest RENAISSANCE is one of the best highlights of our college journey especially if you're a part of some clubs. The college library is very ambient for studying but the books gets vanished by other students before you even think so you gotta be fast. Classrooms are okayish but some classroom of the newly constructed blocks are amazing
Hostel Facilities
Boys have 2 hostel choices:- Two seater and three seater The two seater hostel has common floor bathroom while the three seater has attached bathroom. Study tables, bed, and almirah are provided, switching also. Food sucks other than Sunday's but I think it's kind of better than other hostels because you get bored. There are many PG'S and flats availability also around the campus.
Admission
I applied through REEP councelling for which you have to input your Boards Score and JEE Main Percentile(if given) and based on that you are allocated college from the college list you fill. I filled JECRC -Branches in this order :- 1.CSE 2.IT 3.CS-AI 4.AI-DS 5.ECE If you have around 90 percentile in mains you can easily get CSE Branch and even if you don't the other branches IT,CSAI AND AIDS are moreover similar to CSE the syllabus and everything.
