Cheers to the disaster in kollam

I chose this course because in my perspective dentistry has many opportunities and it has a vide variety of fellowships and it is more artistic than just simply being a profession. Each batch has 100 students and we have a minimum of 5 staffs in each department. And I think staffs are doing a good job in teaching and maintaining descipline in the campus. All the staffs here has an MDS degree and most of them had worked in many other places too. Teaching methods of some teachers are below average and some have excellent teaching ability. Some of the staffs are only focused on giving notes rather than making the students aware about a particular topic. And most of the staffs are not students friendly and we find it very difficult to approach them in certain situations. Exams are conducted in a regular basis and some exams are really difficult to pass . And here there is a system that is they put the failed students into another category and they just criticise the students sometimes .

Fees is extremely high here and sometimes they unnecessarily take extra money in the name of hostel fee. Even during covid time we paid hostel fee . The quotient deposit is not given back to us. We don't have any scholarship or financial assistance here. There is no stipend here . We are not provided with anything.

We don't have a regular arts and sports here . Everything is just showoff just for the sake of some photos . Arts is conducted in lecture hall were only the judges are present and the judges are the staff themselves. All the books are for review only . Nothing is provided.

Facilities are fans and tables and one bed. Nothing more. Menu is absolutely a disaster. Nothing is good here. There is no registration process, we are given random rooms . I have not rented a room yet.

60 percentage in PCB. Everything was available in the college website and the fee was discussed after we reached the college. There is different fees scheme here and each student has different fee structure. I don't have any reservation benefits. The admission process should me more systematic. They only provide the information about the other extracurricular activities after remitting the fee. I find it very odd.
