Entrance Preview
I took EAMCET 2011 111 because it's reputed intitution and the counselling is taken place under by Dr. Nandamuri TarakaRama Rao University of health Sciences Vijayawada.
Internships Opportunities
We have to work in government general Hospital Vijayawada. There are two branches of the government general Hospital. The stipend now offered is around 11000 per month. It comprises of four and half years of study and one year of internship. The extra year of rural service may be applicable to the passouts of 2016 batch. Though the government is not clear regarding this.
Placement Experience
This is a medical college and the ideas of companies and placements don't take place here. We have to independently search of job or we can join government services or we can continue our studies further for post graduation.
College Events
Freshers day College week,Grand college day,Sports week Medical exhibitions. These are generally held. The events are organized by the students and the administration helps them. The participation of students or faculty is simply marvelous.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government institution the fee is feasible. The college fee is around 12000 per year And the hostel fee is around 12000 per year excluding mess charges.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have a good information regarding this topic. The educational loan can be taken if needed. Fee reimbursement is also available for eligible candidates.
Campus Life
The campus life is superb. The sports are given priority. The boys and girls ratio is generally equal. The seniors in the hostels are jovial and we have fun time. There is no discrimination regarding any race,religion,politics or economic status.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are large and spacious. We have single rooms which are comfortable. There are common bathrooms which are a little shabby and renovation is thought to be done.
Alumni/Alumna
There a lot of good works being taken up by the alumni. Remodelling of reading room in college. Providing reading room facilities in college. Building mineral water plant in hostels. These are some of them.
Exam Structure
The pattern of exam will vary for year to year. Generally there will be 2 internal assessments and a prefinal in 1 and 2nd year where as only 1 internal and prefinal is held in 3rd and 4th year. There is a final theory and practical exam every year.
Faculty
Most experienced and renowned personalities teach us so that we can flourish and fly out in bright colors. The experience of the faculty is really beneficial for the clinical knowledge and skills.
