The collage is somewhat too far from my own house so have to travel a lot for reaching the collage
Sometime the there are too many activities going on in collage at the same time so one can’t participate in all at the same time

Course Curriculum Overview

Well apart from my own interest in the world of finance and business my family also owns a private company so after completing the course the knowledge may also help me to further accelerate my family business The faculty of the collage is nice and are helpful in every aspect regarding studies

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is some what overpriced compared to other government collages but that is also justified keeping in mind that what the facilities that the collage is providing to the students. They also have special reservations for students that belong to ews category and many more

Campus Life

The campus life is good tán there are many engaging activities always going on in the campus to support students in there hobbies aspect and sport and all so that here is overall development of the students in life

Admission

The application process was simple just had to fill the form with your credentials and and the selecting was dependent on the basis of your 12th board marks. There was a certain threshold of percentages if you would have passed that much then your selecting in the collage was mostly certain

There are placements in the college campus in the last semester with several companies coming for interviews such as big 4 and big 6 companies and the placements are around 60000-70000 per month after the course.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
