The campus is very big, quiet and peaceful.
The hostel rooms are very nice. Single rooms with attached washrooms are available.
The faculty is very knowledgeable and classes are systematically conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well-structured and the faculty are very knowledgeable and helpful. Classes are conducted regularly and attendance is very strictly monitored. There are 60 seats every year and the faculty-student ratio is good.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 3165 per year

Internships Opportunities

After 3.5years, we have compulsory 6 months internship as student nurses in AIIMS Kalyani included in the 4yr course. Stipend is given during internship. Nursing interns are posted in different departments of the hospital to gain clinical skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is only ?3165 for 4 years. It includes all fees and hence, is very affordable. The hostel fee ?1000 is also included in that ?3165, and that ?1000 is refunded on course completion after 4 yrs. Stipend ?500 is given every month from 1st year.

Campus Life

Many programmes and festivals are conducted here. We have a huge air conditioned central Library where many books and journals are available. The classrooms are also air conditioned. Extracurricular activities are encouraged. There are dance drama club, literary club, music club, art club and many more. The campus is very big and the scenery is very beautiful.

Hostel Facilities

Single rooms are given with attached washrooms from 1st year. All students are required to stay in hostel. The rooms are very nice and clean, with one bed, mattress, study table, chair, small bed side table and big almirah.

Hostel Fee: INR 1000 per year

Admission

AIIMS Delhi conducts entrance exam for BSc(Hons)Nursing course at all the AIIMS College of Nursing including AIIMS Kalyani College of Nursing. Application form is available at AIIMS Delhi website. Students having more than 55% score in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in 10+2 are eligible for the entrance exam. Admission is on the basis of the rank secured in the entrance exam.

NSHM provides an opportunity to get enrolled in reputed hospital during the 4th year of study. The highest package provided was 4.2 LPA and the average pakage is 2.2 LPA . 100% students from last year got placement at good Multifacilities hospital and diagnostic centres,while some opted for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are alot of external classes that happens as the college doesn't have all the professors present in the college so the professors from other institutes comes and also for other classes like anatomy physiology we have to go to medical college for classes. The internal classes aren't very good as we have to study most of the syllabus by ourselves

I chose this course only because I got a government medical college that's it had no idea about this clinicals and college attendance criteria which is getting too harsh day by day the teachers teaches well but we get no time to prepare for our exams or read as we are given back to back assignments with other curriculums outpostings clinicals and also back to back merit tests tests

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i have interest in these field and also it is a growing field. For those who want to take addmission in this course it will be a great choice .. the environment of brainware is very good the faculty members are very friendly and helpful. There is also a mentoring option in the university for every course there is a mentor teacher allotted of every class that helps very much the students. Talking about tha qualification of the faculties they are highly educated Some of them i know are retired professor of jadavpur university. The exam system in brainware is mostly good from the 1st sem they take power point presentation infront of class to master the public speaking.

Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had a nag for it. There are at least 2-3 teachers provided for every individual subject of our course. That makes the student-to-teacher ratio quite great. Teachers who take our classes are all M.Sc passed or more, and their teaching method is quite effective and easily understandable. Term exams were taken after one or two months gap, and difficulty was moderate.

Why to choose AIIMS Kalyani over other Medical colleges

The eligibility of the course is to crack NEET and secure a seat in the counseling session for the college. The application form is in the NMC counseling session. Reservation benefits are there but quite less for colleges like AIIMS. Eligibility- Student should attain at least 75% in 12th with subjects- Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Different categories may have different criterion which will be available on their website. Application form will be available on official website of national testing agency. In AIQ, there is 50% unreserved seats, other 50% is reserved into different categores. Single exam is conducted in a year. Which is on first Sunday of may. Questions in exam are not so difficult, but difficult is to solve all questions, because given time is vey less.
