the major advantage is competition is low in this branch.Faculty members are very good and supportive mostly are from iits and nits.Course curriculum is up to date.exams are semester wise.course curriculum meets the recent trends and industrial approaches.

Internship opportunity is provided by the college from 5 semester.various govt and private firms provide summer and winter internships.projects are depend on branch as well as company. In recent years internship opportunities provided by college are less.

Students are eligible for campus placement from their 7 semester.There are also various core and mnc companies visited for placements. Average package is around 5 to 6 lacs.Many students also prepares for gate and other competitive exams.

Infrastructure of amu is one of the best among Indian universities.There are various fests like zarf are organized every year.Maulana azad library of amu is one of the biggest library in india.Engineering college has its separate library.there are various technical and literary clubs like amuroboclub,cec for improving personality and knowledge of students.

Hostel facilities and rooms are good.Meal served is also good.there is also options of veg and non veg.mess fees are 1400 to 2000 per month depending on the hostels. There are also various pg and rented rooms available near the campus.

Admission

Eligibility of the b.tech in Zhcet AMU is 10+2 or diploma in engineering from a recognized institute. Application for the entrance test are filled via online mode on the website of amucontrollerexams. Application dates are generally between Feb and March.Admission process is fair. Cut off- generally 40 to 60 out of 150.

Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. ZHCET,AMU is the best choice of my life.

I have not applied for any college but I have given jee exam and amueee but I selected in amu so I haven't seen any other college. The admission process is simple you have to give the test amueee and if you are in selected list then good if you are in waiting list it depends how much waiting number ...but approx 600 waiting will clear every year ..and you have to pay fees online on that day after you see your roll no.in firm list available online on amu exam controller....Read More
