Gud infrastructure, void of proper sport facilities, poor canteen, satisfactory faculty nd yeah great friends. My experience hasn't been bad though it could be better

I wrote few exams like cet, jee mains , srm entrance test. But landed in this clg with my comedk rank. No interview process was carried out. My parents suggested this course so I thought it will help me.

The course I chose is gud but is outdated compared to rest of the world. Very less focus on practical learning. The college is not much into research ND all but they do approve few student projects. Yeah v had elective options since our batch. The seniors didn't have an option with it.

No the college hasn't provided any internships as of now. I haven't experienced it yet. Mech engg. Students don't get paid for internships easily.

Placement has not been impressive as only software companies visit fr recruitment. I heard 40% or so get placed but I ain't sure abt it. The frequent companies are Accenture, tech Mahindra and TCS. There was a rumour tat Bosch also comes. The average package 5 to 6 lacs.

Every department has their respective fests at different time of the year. Mech fest is in March nd it's called "Ignite". These are organised by respective departments so the budget is somewhere arnd a lac. The avg footfall will be a max of 200 people. The biggest fest of course the clge fest the "Verve". It is one of the biggest in the city which has an avg footfall of 2000 people nd it does depend on the celebrities too.. the organization is very gud as students and authorities work it together to get the best results.

Cet fees is about 87,000. Bcz I am from comedk mine is abt Rs.1,86,000. It was affordable but I doubt if the course is worth it.

Nope the clg hasn't prob any scholarship to me. I didn't seek any loan helps from clg

Yeah every year we have auditions in odd seems for extracurricular activities where people can show their talent nd also get selected in the clg crew. Yeah I did participate in a few but didn't get selected. V have couple of auditoriums fr these kind of activities..

No I don't reside in the hostel. But I heard it is satisfactory. Except a few northies HV complaints regarding food.

The faculty is both qualified and experienced but still lack the teaching ability except fr a few good teachers. Less interactive. Because v do a lot of self study v don't judge their teaching standards a lot.
