Honest review of GCE srirangam

Why because I choose this course is I am very much interested in physics.so I selected electrical engineering Course. Each course in this college are 60 students.for every semester there are 9 subjects including the lab.each subjects handled by separate staff.they all are very much experienced in that subject. Qualification of the faculty is master of engineering.they are selected through trb board.the all staffs are cleared the exams and interview which is conducted by the trb board.teaching method of this college is very attractive.the faculties are explaining each and every concepts of the subject.they will teach nook and corner of the subject to clear explanation of the students.they conduct 3 unit test for every semester.based on this unit test attendance the internal mark will given.unit tests are very easy to pass. Which help to clear the semester exam papars.the faculties in this college very friendly and supportive to the students.helped students to get placed after finishing.

The college yearly fees 8500.hostel fee 5000/ year.monthly mess fees around 2000 per month.over all the cost of study per year around 40000. Government give scholarship to students yearly 8500.central government also give scholarship to girls which is pragati saksham scholarship which gives 20000/year.this scheme applied only for girls who have more than 90 percentage marks on 10th and 12 th standard.i don't get job through placement.but now the placement opportunities are available in the campus.more number of companies hire the students in the final year.which is added advantage to the students.

In what's app, face book, linkdin, Instagram groups run by the students.clubs are also run by students ex: electronics spark club. Inter and intra college symposiums are conducted each year.All type of study related books, competitive exam books available. Sports like cricket,kabadi,vally ball, basketball, caram chess.every year sports day conducted.

Hostels are cleanly maintained each coner have common rest rooms.when I was staying in that hostel I face water scarcity little bit.mineral water purifier is available all the floor.meal quality of the hostel is very decent.

Admission process in this college is direct counseling in Anna University Chennai.Here management quota not possible because this is under the government control. And also there is no entrance exam at all.Admission process in this college is purely based on your 12th engineering cutoff mark.In 2015 my engineering cutoff mark was 188.5.Myself selected electrical and electronics engineering in counseling conducted in Chennai Anna University.After select my course allotment letter was given to me. Now a days counselling process are online basis which is different from my admission process. Later I receive one postal letter from my selected college.In that they invited me to admission. They asked to bring the original and photocopy of 10 th,12th marksheet, community certificate, income certificate, native certificate, passport size photo, Allotment letter, postal letter.checking my certificates carefully they approved me to join the course.they also provided hostel facilities.
