Life in Gitam

I chose this course for good placements.The faculty:student ratio is 2:60. There are teachers who are from IIT Madras and other top colleges.They are PhD qualified teachers.There are exams once for a month.It is quite difficult to pass the exams because the questions are prepared from some other books which we don't have and we need to study to get through it

I didn't approach any internship till now.So I don't know anything about internships because I am still a first year student.As far as I am concerned college provides few internships but we also have to approach few.

From middle of the 3rd semester, students are eligible for placements.Infosys and Accenture and many more.The offers made are more than 3500.Highest package of our college is 51 lakhs and average package is 4 lakh fifty thousand.More than 85 percent get placed in placements.M tech is my plan.

The fees hike is 5 percentage yearly.We can get scholarship through the entrance exam and jee mains and eamcet as well.If your family faces any problems,there will be scholarship in fees like for 15 percentage.If you want to continue with the scholarship,you need to get a minimum grade of 8 in semester exams

Shore fest is the annual fest of our college.Many fests are conducted yearly.All books are available in the library.We have a special column for books that are prepared by professors in our college.Amenities are good,we have a projector,2 marker board with no dust falling on us,cc camera.The sports facilities are good.We have a big cricket ground,indoor stadium for basketball and shuttle and badminton and table tennis as well.Gusac club is run by students

Admission process is done through the entrance exam.If you score well,then you are the eligible for the course with scholarship.There are no reservation benefits.The admission is very much improved now and it is getting better day by day.
