According to me, the big issue in Amity is just the attendance issue. Marks are given according to the attendance. So a change should be brought for this.
Entrance Preview
There was an interview and English proficiency test which we had to qualify to get admission in the college. I am pursuing B.Sc. forensic science. I chose this course since it is a branch of applied science so it has a lot to do with practical. Further, it is that field where science and law integrates so it has a lot to explore.
Course Curriculum Overview
At graduation level, we are dealing with theory more as compared to practical. Every year, a research project is conducted by every student. In future, there will be better scope for this course.
Internships Opportunities
No college do not provide internship.I did internship in forensic science lab which is in Rohini. No amount was given since the government agencies do not pay. We ourselves have to find internship for us.
Placement Experience
There is no placement given in our department. The reason behind this is that in our field, no privatization is there. Only government agencies are there which provide jobs to us for which we have to qualify the competitive exams. Vacancies are less.
College Events
Annual fest is organised which is for 3 days. The college contributes well for the organization of such fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
20,000 rupees are paid as security. 50,000 rupees for each semester in first year. 52,5000 rupees for each semester in second year. 55,500 rupees for each semester in third year.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides scholarship for students who score above 9 pointers. I do not avail any.
Campus Life
The college encourage our inner talent and provides a platform to explore.
Hostel Facilities
No i don't stay at hostel. There are sharing rooms. Hostel facility needs to get improved.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no interaction with the alumni. College does not provide any such platform.
Faculty
The teachers are interactive. They are very helping and understanding. Teachers have done their Ph.D and have publishes research papers too. Its just that department need more teachers for different subjects.
