Campus life is very good our teachers are also very helpful.

Lift service are not too much well in this University you have to wait for a long time for the lift.also wifi and ac didn't available in all classrooms

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm interested about this course also I'm from a rural side where agricultural is a important thing that's why I choose this course.There are 12facualty members and in our batch we are 80 students.Faculty are well qualified and very helpfull.Exams are occurred time exam papers are very easy if you study well you easily passed out in exam.

In agriculture we worked in some ngo companies and also in some kvk like Mali seed,Sagar Krishnagar youth society etc here we have done so many work like distributed of their products marketing there products interacting with people overall was a great experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

In first sem you paid 80000 it includes tution fee and extra somthing also include uniform ,after that each sem they are taken 40000..In this University many scholarship available better to go there website and check out.

Campus Life

Campus Life is very enjoyable.they celebrating special days in very good way.also some students program held in the campus. University have a library where you have got all books which you want.Classrooms are very good.they held inter college sports program also annual sports day held every year also a basketball field available in the campus.

Admission

If you get 60% marks in your 13th exam then you have applied for this course, without any exam. You have got all information about admission in University official website.Very smooth process of admission doesn't need any changes.

Placement Experience:

In my University they provide us to seat for the interview of those recruiting companies after 3rd semester online so this is a great opportunity for us to have an experience event because if we read for 4 year course after 1 and half year only we are getting chance to say for the interview and the companies here comes for recruitment are very renowned companies companies like Flipkart Amazon Myntra and many others TCS consultancy they always to visit for recrating so I will suggest that the placement provide by the university is good and 75 to 80% of student getting successfully placed from the university into good companies and with an average salary of 6 lpa to 9lpa

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

Insights of SNU

There are a few private colleges present in Kolkata which provides biotechnology but in my opinion the labs of those colleges are not as well furnished as ours. There curriculum is little different than ours. I didn't apply to any other colleges apart from Snu for biotechnology I sat for an online exam .And I cleared the test. Once you get a call you visit the college campus meet the faculty and the faculty may take a type of interview session The addmission process is smooth. But sometimes the staff members of admission makes blunder. My classes were about to start from 17 August, but they called me during July( because she didn't know that biotechnology does not fall under para- medical and made a mistake and for her mistake I had to suffer as I'm not a resident of Kolkata)...Read More
