- The ambiance is nice with many places with air conditioning

- The campus is too small and it lacks many amenities like playground for football or any other sports
- The patient load is huge and due to this reason the patients don't have any waiting place and end up gathering around the gates or sit on the footpath
- There is only 2 exits for the college and hospital which makes the inflow and outflow of people very difficult and congested
Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS is never and was never have been easy and the syllabus is huge but the time is reduced which makes it harder for students to cope up. The faculty some teachers are nice but some needs improvement in teaching methods. As far as the faculty to student ratio, some department have enough teachers and assistants and PGTs but some lack few faculties but it wasn't much of a problem. We have semester exams like all other colleges and few subjects have tests upcoming always. Sometimes the questions are too hard to understand and passing become hard.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is pretty affordable as all other medical colleges by government and also people can apply for various government aided scholarships depending on which applicable to them. With the low fees and scholarship included it becomes easier financial for students.
Campus Life
We do have annual fests and it is one of the biggest in Kolkata with many famous singers and performers coming in. Library have books but there are times when we can't get few books either due to non availability of books or due to shortage as people took many copies of it. Classrooms are well air conditionered and have enough seats with screen and blackboard.
Admission
The application process tho was lengthy but they were cooperative and for some people who wanted to pay through online there wasn't such an option for them. The application was both online and offline, but mostly offline for documents checking and submission purposes. I had got admitted through NEET and as the cut of is always high, but having reservation helped me. As far as the eligibility I am not sure because people who are 22 are in my batch so I assume that the upper limit is 25 and below limit being 17 on that year of admission.
