Course Curriculum Overview
The courses and curriculum are made by Bangalore University itself and that is followed. Classes are running on regular basis . Faculty are good and having minimum MCA as qualification.In each semester they are taking 2 internal exams and 1 external exam that is conducted by University. Student teacher ratio is not quite good.
Internships Opportunities
There were no internship opportunity from the college. For college projects faculties were there to help the students but not on that basis .There were two projects during the academic year in 5th sem and 6th sem.
Placement Experience
As I remember my time the placement was nice , most of the MNCs visited the campus approx 300 companies visited the campus. Companies like cognizant, Sap, TCS, capegemini, Amazon , Wipro, etc came in the college.From 4th semester students were eligible for the campus placement.Avergae package was 5lpa and highest was 9 lpa.70% students get placed from the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure were 50k per semester and 25 k extra during admission for the non-karnataka students and during semester exams you need to pay the examination fees above the semester fees.There is some state govt. Scholarship based on reservation.Campus placement opportunities is quite good with average CTC of 5LPA for IT students.
Campus Life
Fest are celebrated in the campus but not on any large scale. Regional festival are celebrated inside the campus. As I remember in the name of fest I only saw Freshers party during the 3 years tenure.If we will talk about library it's nice each and every resource is there. Amenities like Smart board, Ac are there in Classrooms. For extra curricular activities there is Gym, indoor games are there inside campus.
Admission
A student should be passed class 12th with 50%.There is no admission test or anything like that .A student can directly take admission into this course.The application fees for this course is 550/- , After paying 550/- a student can fill a form for admission.
