The College of Lakes: Graphic Era

The course curriculum is quite updated. All the subject like pharmacology, ceutics, HAP etc are updated syllabus. I choose this course because my father is himself a pharmacist. The faculty student ratio in the course is 1:50. Most of th faculty members have master or phd degree in pharmacy. The timely exams were conducted timely and strictly. If you study regularly with discipline you can get good marks even top the course.

The fees structure for the course is quite moderate. I pay semestee wise fees of 60k. There are also several scholarships features like the hill area scholarships, meri scholarships, girl child scholarship, armes forces scholarships. The fees hike policy is just like other courses but it is quite affordable. If you are from a less income family, study loan is also provides which help th students family.

The life at the campus is quite good. You can visit various lakes like the sattal lake, bhimtal lake. The annual fest which takes place here is the Graphest at the ending of the academic year wher several famous celebrities like the dj jerry, dj harry, neha kakkar came. Sports are also conducted here with other extracurricular activities if you are good in dance, singing and other activities you can benefit from it. Also studens have been able to perform at international level too because of the sports. The most famous club run here is the Graphic Dance club which is run by the students.

The Hostel facility is not that up to mark. I would suggest you to take a room or pg. Becausw the mess food is the worst and no proper managing. But if you are girl you can take hostel because the girl hostels facilities are good compared to the boys one. Also the food is also good in the girl's mess. The breakfast quality is good and the dinner quality is worst here. If you want to register for the hostel you first have to contact to the warden and check the availability of room if room is available you can enroll in it. I live in the Sattal cottage hostel.

The admission process was quite good. No, i didn't take any entrance exam, I got the admission on the basis of 12th result. The application process was getting the application form and filling and if the seats are available then your admission is done. The applications form can be found on th official website of the college, gehu.ac.in. yeah the improvement I would like to say that the online admission are not that good as offline admissions. They should be improved and the admissions should be on entrance exam not on merit based
