Course Curriculum Overview

I desired this course. I love technical skills and this type of things so I choose CSE . There are too many faculties. About 10 faculties per subject. Exams are held on time and also weekly exams are held to check skill development.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is provided every semester to students. It's upto students they want to do or not . Students are not allowed to intern before 3rd semester. Many companies offer internship in our college. Choose wisely.

Placement Experience

Student can sit in interview from 6th semester. students are not allowed to sit in interview without informing to college or before 6th semester. Many companies visit in parul University for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to other colleges fees in parul University is average for btech . You have to pay about 140000 for a year . Specifications in CSE charge little more. Scholarship are provided on 12th basis merit.

Campus Life

Annual fests , tech fests and curricular activities are held every month. Events like IIMUN ,, TECH EXPO are held here. Classrooms are big and clean. They are cleaned everyday . Books and journals are available. There are many libraries you can go.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities are provided in each field. Rooms are huge and each student are provided with their personal bed , cupboard, personal study table with connected lamps . Registeration can be done by home online on pu site.

Hostel Fee: INR 84000 per year

Admission

You are eligible for the course if you have 60 percentage marks in your 12th or mains basis. Application form can be filled online on pu site or you can get it in admin block of parul. Application is continuously applied.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement, too much companies are visited to our campus like , L&T , TATA, TCS many others around 150+ companies. Which is the highest placement in our college is that 20 lakhs and average package is that around 5 to 6 lakhs.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student
