Our college is the best suited college for any average student who is willing to study and trying to get placed in a good company. It's a fantastic experience for me to study in this college and become what i am today.
Entrance Preview
The entrance exam i wrote to join in my college was EAMCET. I was not so prepared to write the exam and I ended up with an average score. Then I went through the counselling and the college allocated to me was Methodist College of Engineering and Technology.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I chose was CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) which I chose out of my interest. The way we learn anything in this college is practically, with the live examples. The approach of teachers in our college is very rare that even an average student can understand. Our college is not so developed to take any research initiatives but as the students we are trying to discover a lot of new things from our side.
Internships Opportunities
Yes! our college do provide internships. We can gain experience out of these internships but the stipend will not be provided.
Placement Experience
The placement provided by our college are very good. Special training will be provided to the student to attend the placement interviews. Many companies like Google, TCS, Amazon visit our college for placements. The average package of the provided to student is 2.5L per annum approx.
College Events
The technical fest will be conducted once in a semester. The student from other colleges can also participate in these events and showcase their technical talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college provides an affordable fee structure that even a middle class student can afford. It's 65,000/- per annul.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our government provides reimbursement to the students of our college based on their cast. I do get a scholarship.
Campus Life
Our college provides sports and many cultural events for the students to showcase their own talents in any field. They helped me a lot to excel in talents other than studies.
Hostel Facilities
Our college does not provide any hostel facility.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college has council of students that can interact with the faculty and the principal directly about their problems. The students themselves are the members of this council.
Exam Structure
The exams are not so frequent in our college. We have only two mid-term examinations, the lab internals and finally we will directly attending our semester examination, since the exams create a fear in a student. Exams can put student into a very stressed situation where in one could not attempt the questions that one knows.
Faculty
The faculty of this college well experienced with well-defined degrees. They help the student to excel in the field according to the interest of the student. They provide their maximum effort to help students become something, but if we as a student foes no show any interest, all those effort will be gone in wain.
