Likes
- location of the college as it is centrally built with metro station, local markets, malls all just a few steps away
- campus life- Lot of choices for hubs and personality grooming
- hostel- the food and room facilities are quite good
Dislikes
- uniform- this college keeps a uniform that in my opinion somehow limits the college experience
- so frequent exams- indeed that is too tiring
- Not much cultural events, no fests, no celebrity guests in short the college spends almost no money on cultural events
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course beacuse this was the best I got as per my rank here, the faculty here is quite good and is capable enough with thier high cut education and on going researches, exams are held each month on average with practicals and stuff between the exams and scoring a good cgpa here is relatively tough as compared to other private colleges
Internships Opportunities
Many high tech companies visit here for placements and interships both paid and unpaid such as google, microsoft, infosys, samsung etc to hire software developers, web developers(CSE), hardware engineer, signal processing engineer etc for ECE
Placement Experience
Students become elligible for interships in third year and since then for placements, keeping the recession scene in mind i would say placements are falling but still okay as compared to other priavte colleges students here bag as high as 1.35 crores with many students getting internships at high tech companies such as microsoft.
Fees and Financial Aid
I would say the fees is hight, not super affordable but okay as compared to other private colleges the only thing that is very high are the hostel charges but the facilities provided are good including the food, laundry, cleaning, safety etc.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular hubs here to impulsify your personality hand in hand with academics such as dance, music, oratory, literary, robotics, rapid programming, comp programming, development, fashion, acting and many more with each of them inlcuding the managment deps too the includes editing, creative deps, management, execution, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided here is quite good but not super affordable as it costs 2 lac for the entire year (10 months almost) but the facilities are good such as the food here is good, the laundry facility is included, cleanliness, safety etc overall making the hostel facility satisfactory.
Admission
I got the admission via my jee mains rank and the admission process was smooth I filled a form available on the website of jiit and then they shortlisted candidates on the basis of their ranks for the counselling and hence offered the eligible courses.
