Remarks

Saying about the university, I think it is good but few things are not supported here like there is a huge restriction on two opposite genders talking to each other

Entrance Preview

I appeared for the entrance exam in 2015 and successfully cleared it.As I was interested in CSE so I appeared for counselling session and got a seat successfully.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is set by the university itself as it is a deemed university but still it follows most of the Anna University content. Practical learning is largely supported here.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided on in-house projects without any stipends. Those who get internships outside they easily get a stipend of 4000/- or above. I did one internship in HP with 5000/-stipend

Placement Experience

Placements are too good here. Last year the university gave an average package of 3lacs. Companies like Amazon, TCS etc are having their campus here. Around 80% students got placed

Events are organised in collaboration with Hackerearth.Last month one hackathon event was conducted

For us the fee is affordable and including hostel facilities it is around 2lacs 60 k for each year. Miscellaneous fees is hardly any

Scholarships are provided by the management to the meritorious students and also who show good performance in sports.

There are scarcely any extra curricular activities. Only few are supported here

Hostels are too disciplined and maintenance is nice

They are having a rich alumni network but I don't remember when we last interacted

Exam Structure

Exams use to be a burden here. They really keep strict invigilation.

Faculty

Faculty members are good. I think most of them have taken their degrees from this college itself. For second year onwards we have most of the faculty with doctorates in their fields.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

How is life at Sathyabama?

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
