College with good values

As far as it is being concerned to academics then college is average , the placement scenario is also somehow good and the culture is also very good and it is very nice towards the extra curricular activities , competitions. So the overall remark is good.

I have given many examination after completing the 12th like jee mains , upseee and all . I landed up here because my maternal uncle belongs to bhopal he told me that this college is best suited for me hence I joined it. No there is no interview process they only took me admitted from the basis of 12th result. My dream was to being an engineer and always have desire to building up the things hence I have chosen this branch and course i.e Civil Engineering.

The course I had chosen is very good there is well focused curriculum. Yes there is focus on Practical learning also there are many labs and workshops. Yes various research initiatives have been taken by the college there are many organisation who focuses on these.

No, college does not provide any internship opportunity to the students as they do not have any tie ups with any institutes or industries for the same. If you are interested to get internship then you have to apply for it to many industries and firms you can apply it online too it's all based on your performance then. No , I have not taken any internship yet so I don't have any experience of it. the average stipend from outside firm is 3000 per month.

The placement scenario at the college is only good for the non-core branches , the branch like Civil , Mechanical and Electrical don't get or hardly gets placement opportunity but the condition is quite good for CS and IT students as there are many opportunity for them. Approximately 60% students got placed. Generally companies like TCS,BIRLA,IBM, Soft sonic , tech mahindra visits the college. Average package is 3 lakhs per annum.

There are many events performed in the college that are technical , cultural and managerial too. The "AAGHAZ" is held in winter semester and the "UTSAV" is being organised on the summer semester. The thechnical event name TECHNOFIESTA is being organised by the college in the great scale in which many college are also invited as participant. Average foot fall in events are above 2000. And yes both the organisation and college authorities equally and strongly contribute to the overall success and outcome of event.

No, the fee structure is not affordable as per the services and educational status. The fee of B.E is 1,00,000 i.e 1 lakh per year and if you are not residing in hostel then travelling expense that is the bus charges have to be paid by you it is compulsory and it will sum around 25 thousand per year. There are also additional charges for the hostel facilities.

No, the college doesn't provide any scholarship to the students but yes if you are interested in getting it then you can apply for the government scholarship that is to the student who are from backward class and have some economical difficulties. No college also doesn't provide any loans f you want to take loan then you have to contact the banks and yes then the college will support you if there is any kind of delay on it. No I have not availed any scholarship.

College is very good in the terms of extra curricular activities and it regularly organizes various extra curricular activities. There are many competitions in college that have been organized like Literary competition, Poetry competition , Singing solo and group competition , Indoor games , Dancing competitions etc. Yeah I have got opportunity to participate in inter college dance competition and it explored my inner talent. Yes the facilities have been provided by the college to the all the participants and organizing students.

No , I am not residing in hostel as there my own maternal uncle's house is in the city but yes I know many things about hostel as it is of accommodation then there are both kind of rooms like shared and individual or separate both facilities are equivalent to boys and girls . Yes there are many PG's near the college that are available on rent if you are willing not to take hostel then it would be best for you you have to pay around 5-6 thousand per month. No, the food quality is not good in hostel you will be highly disappointed.

I have good interaction with the alumni of my college as I know them from my school days I know few of them and through them I knew their colleagues too. But the college does not provide a good platform for the student alumni interaction as there is no alumni meet organised by the college and hence no one can connect with alumni. you have to establish your relation by yourself . Yes, I think that alumni contribute in the placement of the students as many of them are at reputed institute.

No you are not going to be tired with the practical schedules as there are not many classes of practical labs and no hectic schedules of workshops there are no emphasis on practical learning while on other side you will get tired from the exam schedules because they are held every month including class tests mid sems and semester exams so it may be tiring for you so there is mixed condition.

some of faculties are well qualified while on other hand many of the faculties are there who are not that much qualified and experienced they only have their bachelors from some private engineering colleges nor they did have very much experience and have very less practical knowledge. They are not that much interactive they only stuck at the course curriculum no kind of interaction in addition to it. So we can say standard of teaching is not that much good.
