The atmosphere is amazing with lush green trees and garden
The library is a state of art but too much restriction
Food court is cheap and affordable cuisines

Hostel is so average like there is no room for people.
Canteen food should improve, we miss Ghar ka khana
They charge money for every issue here .

I chose it because I wanted money and respect which this course delivers. Teacher and student ratio is ok but nowadays there is a shortage of faculties, so pg students teach us sometimes. MBBS qualified and method is slide reading only. Term exams are on time but it's difficult u know it's mbbs it's tough. Passing is not always possible.

After Completion of 4.5 year course there is an internship of 1 year . The college doesn't provide any stipen. The students practice in the hi-tech Medical College and Hospital bhubaneswar. They get job placement in this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is 650000 + side money u know Hostel fees is 100000 No I'm not that privileged , I didn't get any scholarship. There maybe some scholarship but I don't know . No jobs here , come on doctors don't need jobs like engineers.

Campus Life

There are lot of annual functions that are held in this college like Freshers , Ganesh puja, Saraswati Puja, cultural fest , musical night etc. There are central library that provides a peaceful and calm environment for students and books and study materials are available for the students. Annual sports are also held in college. The college has sports club.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides hostel facilities. 3 students can stay in a room and room has single bed for each student, attached bathroom, cleaning facilities etc. Meal quality is not so good. Registration process is done during the admission process only. The hostel fees varries according to the student's choice to stay in AC rooms or non AC..

Admission

The eligibilty of the course is to qualify the NEET entrance exam. Then there will be councilling conducted by the govt. The application form is given only to worthy people not everyone can get it . Application fees is nominal as it's included in admission. There is not application dates as there is no direct admission here. Reservation isn't beneficial it's a curse . Still my ancestors were treated ill so I deserve it. Yes hostel should improve a bit .

1.You do not have to worry about placement after pursuing MBBS from VIMSAR. there are many vacancies available in state and all over india. 2.after completing 4.5 years of MBBS you have to do a mandatory paid inernship of Rs.42075 then after you will gt the degree to be eligible to fill vacancies for various govt. jobs 3.During internship period you will get an amount of Rs. 42075 (with paid holidays) which is higest paid internship in whole india. 4. nearly every student get a descent job as a doctor, many opt to take drop and prepare for NEET PG examination. 5.I may practise as a government doctor in hospital or take drop to study for NEET PG examination

I got admission in this course by applying in NEET entrance examination. I got good score in my NEET entrance exam and cleared the cutoff set by the college. I got this college in my NEET counselling based on my NEET score. I got this college under all India quota. Candidate who wishes to take admission in this course must appear for NEET entrance examination and must have a valid NEET score. A candidate must at least have 50% in 10+2 in physics, chemistry and biology. After having good NEET score I applied for counseling and in that I got this college.

I had also applied for Sri Jagannath Medical College , Puri. As it's a good college which is couple of hours away from my hometown. But as that college is government it has a high cut-off that I couldn't qualify in order to get admission in it. Then my second preference was Hi-tech Medical College and Hospital.
