An great second gen IIT

I choose this course because there are vast oppurtunities in core jobs , reaserch , and one can also go for higher degrees. We can give Gate exam to get in some good PSU's as well as top universities. There is a very good faculty student ratio.Faculty members include Proffessors,Teaching assistant , Mentors , Faculty advisors , lab assistants etc. Faculty members are highly qualified with PHD , Mtech , Btech, Msc , Masters degrees.Teaching method is good enough they uses slides , presentations and various tools and provide us tutorials for various activities. In every semester there mid sem and end sem exam occur every 2 months. There are weekly quizzes and assignments also given to helps us in marks improvements.

IIT Indore provides ON-CAMPUS placements. In seventh semester companies start to visit college for placements. In session 22-23,there were 360 students in fourth year and there are many companies visited and around 350 offers were made and around 320 students got placed (around 88%). Companies such as amazon , walmart , jio , wipro ,flipkart , samsung ,optum, larsen and turbo and many others visited. For Btech ,Highest package offered was of INR 68 LPA whereas average package was of INR 24.45 LPA. and placement rate was around 89.5%. For Mtech , Highest package offered was of INR 35 LPA where average package was of INR 8.95 lpa and placement rate was 65%.

Per semester tution fees is = 100000, hostel fess = 16000 , mess fees = 20000 and some other fees which includes insurance, one time fees , exam fees etc. This all sum up then total fees per annum is approximately 300000 rs. There are various type of loan facilities and scholarships available which is : 1) If parents income is less than 10 lakh per annum then student can get interest free loan from SBI and Canara BANK available at campus. 2) If parents income is between 1 lakh and 5 lakh then they can get 66-67% off on tution fees. 3) If parents income is less than 1 lakh then they can get full remmision of tution fees.

IIT Indore provides a great campus life.Many amazing fest occurs at IITI : FLUXUS - It is an annual fest and one of the largest techno-cultural fest at of Central India.It occurs in months of march, april every year. E-SUMMIT which is business and commerece related fest in which many entreprenuers take part. GC, LAKSHYA AND JOSH ARE sports events occur at IIT INDORE. IIT Indore's library is one of the beautiful building at campus having 30000+ books and 5000+ e journals.It provides a large area called svadhyay for self studies opened 24/7 . Classroom at IITI are well occupied with large number of desks and chairs ,High speed WIFI, Smart boards etc. Sports Complex at IITI is one of huge structure at campus it has an oympic size swimming pool , GYM, basket ball court, volley ball court etc. There are many clubs such as Dramatic club, Music club, sports club for each sport, Robotics club, Programming club and many others.

There are 5 hostels in campus 4 for boys and 1 for girls.For B.tech 1st year rooms are provided on sharing basis.Each student is given with study table,chair , a bed , and and almirah.Every hostel is well equipped with emergency facilties such as fire extinguishers , security , guards, cctv, first aid , wheel chairs etc.There are badminton court, table tennis tables, carrom boards , chess and many other indoor games availble.Also there is a big sitting area in the ground floor with many sofas and TV. Mess food is decent , we got 4 meals a day includes Breakfast, lunch , snacks , Dinner. Every day they serve us different dals,vegetables and non-veg items available at extra cost.Every month we get special dinner with large variety of starters , veg and non veg gravies , dals etc.

Eligibility criteria for admission in IIT Indore : 1) 10 + 2 passed with minimum 75% from any recognised board. 2)Clearing exams such as JEE MAIN and JEE advanced. JEE MAIN happens multiple times a year whereas JEE Advancedd happens once a year. Jee Main exam is governed by NTA , forms and other important details are available on its website. JEE Advanced is governed by IIT's forms and other important details are available at sites of the organising IIT. There are some reservations for GEN-EWS,OBC,SC/ST,PWD AND GIRLS.
