Likes
- Fests and all other events that are organized in our college are quite good
- Our CRT Teachers are very good and help us a lot during placement times(heard this from seniors and some personal experience too)
- A very good infrastructure in college with the magnificent central library and auditorium
Dislikes
- Too much strictness in the college, sometimes it feels like we are in schools
- There are no vacations in college and due to timing of college it is difficult for day scholar to manage time, because the college is very far away
- Internship opportunities in college are very limited
Course Curriculum Overview
Well the reason I choose computer science is its popularity and its relevance in IT sector jobs and also I was interested in coding Faculties are good , they are a bit strict but most of them have good knowledge of the subject and the student to teacher ratio is 1:60 Most of the faculty are post graduate and PhD Holders and have good command in their respective subjects The term exams are on semester basis in the interval of 6 months and exams are of average difficulty to pass
Internships Opportunities
There are not too much companies that come to our college for giving internship most of the companies are there for the placements If I count then there are limited on-campus internship opportunities you have to try off-campus to land as a intern in some company
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester, there are more than 120 companies visiting our college campus and more than 1000 offers are made The highest package from our college campus is 13 lpa And average package is around 4lpa More than 65% students are placed from our college My aim is to get a good placement of around 10 lpa from college
Fees and Financial Aid
well the annual fees of my college currently is 130000 Rupees in 2024 And scholarship are provided by the government i.e (Up scholarship) there are 50-60% chances of getting the Scholarship Talking about the campus placement then the average package from the campus is approx 4 lpa Internships are not very often provided from companies in college so for Internship you have to work on your own
Campus Life
The fest in my college are quite good ,celebrities often come in our annual fest which happens in summer i.e (between aprail to may) And tech fest happens during winter I.e(during October to november) The central library of the college is very big with good infrastructure and loads of books and journals There is a different floor for sports and other activities
Admission
Well, I gave the jee mains exams and my admission was done through UPSEE Councelling Cutt off for the admission is 30 to 40 percentile If you have good percentile then you can get a fee waiver seat Eligibility of the course is 12th with pcm Or diploma in any stream to get direct admission in 2nd year
