Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course to make my career in field of Pharmacy because I like studying abkut medicine.The faculty members are average they just teach using third class books and only for syllabus completion they are PHD scholars still we get bored in studying by them .The examination timings are not fixed the college decides whenever they want to take it they just put a notice for it

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 75000 as fees and there has been no scholarship program provided by the University or any financial aid but we apply in government scholarship program by UP GOVERNMENT and I get around 50 per cent of the total fees as scholarship

Campus Life

There are several programs like pharmacy week freshers party and sports day etc. The books are easily available in the library. The classrooms have projector and speakers. There are not any such great extra curricular activities in regarding social groups we only have a class group on WhatsApp and a common telegram channel of the whole University

Admission

I was admitted into the college through direct admission .The application was available on college website, though The admission is done through CUET(earlier UPSEE) But I wasn't able to get admitted by it so I took Direct admission on the seats left after CUET counseling

Course Curriculum Overview:

In current scenarios b pharma is one of the best option to pursue carrier for becoming drug inspector or pharmacist. The frequency of exam is after every 3 months we have to give sessional exams followed by annual exams ( theory + practicals).

Decent College with Average Facilities and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Simple College with Average Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.

The honest review of Banshidhar Mahavidyalaya

So I applied for CUET and thought for the best colleges outside this city but unfortunately I didn't get any college via CUET so I had only a few options left to choose from in this city as other colleges were already closed for admission. So I had DVC in mind as my first priority but unfortunately it didn't have this course so dropped that and then ghanaram because my friend was there but It was really far away so eventually I came to this decision to apply in this college banshidhar Mahavidyalaya affiliated to BU Jhansi it was very close to my house and also pretty decent it seemed to me at first. As you know I didn't have many options so I won't say this was my dream college but yes this college is good too so I chose this. My score was pretty low for the course B.el.ed and the college options for this course are also very scarce so the merit went High and that's why I'm here now. There is no such great process or eligibility to apply in banshidhar you can simply apply just have decent marks in class 12th and there are no entrance exams for the same not cut off and all.
