The teachers are not cooperative they doesn't help students as they want

Course Curriculum Overview

As I am from Commerce background so I need to make my career on this way so I choose this course . The faculty and student receive is not good the students and the faculty ratio is 10 : 5 The faculties are educated from various university and institutes they know everything but they are unable to delivered them to us as because they are some aggressive attitude. In every six months there is a semester and it is very difficult to pass if you don't study anything from the first.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a normal college and I think that the fees not to be as much as they take from us the total cost should be within 5K in every year the scholarships are available the students who belong from the West Bengal they can apply for the Sami Vivekananda scholarship which amount is 12,000 per year and total he will gate ?36,000 in 3 year

Campus Life

The campus life is quite good you can enter at anytime to your college and the teachers are allow you to attend the class as you want but the faculties are not too much cooperative they doesn't show which student need help and how they can help us the classrooms are not good sometimes the fans are not working and lights also they are playground where the students can play football cricket basketball Etcetera there is a club of social welding in which they help the poor students and they also go to the communities and teach them.

Admission

The whole admission process is on the basis of your 12th marks in the month of April the application form release and you have to apply for it the application fees are ?1000 and there are reservations for acst and pwd students I think the reservation should not be considered as because the acstr and general both are the same in this time.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
