- There is a carbon factory near to the college which is a drawback of the location.

Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my interest in computer science and technology. The faculty to student ratio is good enough for all the students to be satisfied. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders with good experience in teaching and provide enough attention to all the students. The term exams are conducted almost once every two months and it is pretty easy to pass the exams with good preparation.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies visit the college such as wipro, tcs, etc. for job posts such as software developer, web developer, etc. Various internship opportunities are also provided for posts such as web developer, app developer, etc. stipends ranging from 5000 per month to 30000 per month are provided. For grabbing the internship opportunities, students must build a strong resume and good projects.
Placement Experience
The student becomes eligible for the placements from the 6th semester onwards. There were various offers of placement made by different companies like INFOSYS, TSC , WIPRO, CISCO, ETC. The highest off campus placement was around 84lpa for the year 2023 and the average on campus placement ranges from 4Lpa to 5Lpa. The percentage of students placed were about 80% to 90%. I plan to get a good job in a Tech IT company or I'll go for higher education if i didn't get a satisfactory job.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the BTech course in ABES engineering college is pretty fair and just like any other private engineering college. There is not much of fee hike through out the 4 year curriculum and tution fee remain constant in the course duration. Various kinds of scholarship such as UP GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP, CENTRAL SCHOLARSHIP are provided to the students.
Campus Life
The annual fest of the college is named Genero and the tech fest is named as Tech Pravah and there is no fix time to be conducted. The library is well equipped with all the necessary books and study material for the students. The classroom is also well equipped will all the amenities like projector and charging ports, etc. The college is well equipped with cricket ground, vollyball court, basketball court with a large swimming pool and an auditorium to provide the students with a good opportunities for extra curricular activities. The college has various clubs and societies run by students.
Admission
I enrolled in this institution through AKTU counselling. The counselling was done on the basis of exam held by NTA, that is, JEE MAINS(JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM). There were four counselling round in AKTU counselling for the seat allotment in the college. After the seat allotment the must report to the college after the counselling. Those who received the reservation got the seats at comparatively at some lower ranks too.
