Remarks

There are many good things about the college and some bad remarks also. The college is very strict and well disciplined. It does not allow the student to learn easily in a friendly manner. Sanitation facilities are very good. The overall experience in the campus was a smooth ride with few ups and downs in the process of learning.

Entrance Preview

I wrote the common entrance exam for medical sciences and a national wide entrance exam called NEET to get the entry in to the college. I have landed up in this college through counseling. I have chosen a priority list of colleges during the counseling process conducted to fill up the seats of the course. There is no interview procedure to get into the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course was too good and too interesting for medical aspirants and the students who are interested in learning about life processes. The focus on practical Learning was more as it deals with the sciences and Sciences can be well explained only when the practicality is more. Research initiatives are very rare in the college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. The college provides the internship opportunities to the students but it occurs in a very rare condition. In most of the cases, the students chose the companies in which they want to work and seeks the permission. College management and faculty encourages the student to go to the internship. Average stipend ranges between eight thousand to twelve thousand rupees.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement scenario was growing better day by day. The percentage of students got placed in placements are not more than twenty percent of the undergraduates. But the companies offer jobs to the students who pursue M.pharmacy specialization in a particular core subject. The major companies that visited the campus are Hetero, Apollo.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is affordable and is average for middle class people. The students can step into pharmacy easily as the government provide reimbursement schemes to encourage backward sections of the society. It ranges between forty thousand and sixty thousand rupees. Bus facility is available which is provided only when extra fee of eighteen thousand is paid other than the academic fee.

Faculty

3

Faculty are highly qualified. Group of teachers who are post graduates are well guided by the Head of the Departments who are doctorates. So the teaching procedures are well planned and easily understandable. The teachers are very interactive so as to clear the fears of the student and to make the subject more easy. Standards of teaching are good.

The practical work must be focused more than the theory as it helps the students to understand the subject in more depth . Exams should be conducted only after completion of the syllabus but not on a hurry .
