Likes
- Sports fest are the fests that I really like and our college ground is also very big as compared to others.
- Hostel is in college campus which is really beneficial.DJ night is also organised for hostellers.
Dislikes
- Placement rate is not so high here .Not many good company visit here.
- Boys are allowed to walk in ground till 11 pm while girls are not allowed to walk in ground after 9 pm.
- The technical clubs are not that beneficial, active and attractive .
Course Curriculum Overview
Since it is a safer sector for further job opportunities and an emerging sector , that's why I choose this course .There are five faculties for a class of approximately 60 students.Faculties have okay okay teaching methods.Term exams were organised frequently .Class tests organised monthly and one can easily pass them with a little bit of dedication.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly students opt for government related internship opportunities as they have more value to it and they provide a better income.As I am a second year student I don't know much about the internship available but there are not much opportunities here .
Placement Experience
From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are some companies that visited every year like Mahindra tech and TCS.Highest package was of 50000 which was off campus.Average package was of 70000 . After the degree I am looking for a good package job .
Fees and Financial Aid
First year fees was approximately 130000 rupees and for second ,third and fourth year it is approximately 125000.There are only government scholarship that are applicable for lower caste people who are having a annual family income of less than 700000 rupees.
Campus Life
Annual fest name vibgyour is organised every year once.They are conducted in the month of May .There are good availability of books and journals in the library.Each class is having two to three air conditioner.Sports fest and matches are often organised on college level .There are many clubs organised by students like runtime hackers etc.
Hostel Facilities
There are double seated rooms and single seated rooms.Each room has two fans and study tables ,bed ,almirah and chairs per student.Single balcony is shared by two rooms .Meals quality is not so good as compared to the fees.
Admission
Admission criteria was changing as the number of seats decreasing in direct admission .Firstly the percentage of three subjects physics ,maths and chemistry were used as a criteria for the selection of branch.During my time if your pcm percentage was above 90 then you are applicable for computer science and engineering branch .Otherwise you can opt for CS branch and IT branch on the basis of criteria for other branches.Students also getting branches on the basis of their jee mains score card.
