Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is as per the industry standards, or to say; we study the same topics that SIBM Pune folks study. Talking about the faculty it really depends on you and how you like their teaching standard, in general, they are good at teaching you the core concepts but other than that you have to give it a push. All the faculty teaching here are Ph.D.s. Exams schedules are as follows - Quizzes every alternate week, mid-terms, end term
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is semester wise and 10% increase yearly for hostel and mess fees. Scholarships are also available, but they are very few. No campus jobs are available as of now. Financial assistance is given to students from Nagpur domicile, where they get a 15% flat concession on their academic fees. Fees for Nagpur Domicile - 20 lakhs (including hostel and mess) Fees for other candidates - 24 lakhs (including hostel and mess)
Campus Life
Life at the campus is very good, its feels like the college from those bollywood movies. After classes, the campus gets its own vibe, and students start to roam around the places as the campus is spread across 75 acres. With a full-fledged badminton, tennis and volleyball court we enjoy playing all this till late night coupled with the extra curricular activities happening frequently. The annual fest is called MANIFEST which is the brain child of our former director who is now the director of SIBM Pune. It happens in Jan - Feb. The library is very big and accommodates various journals and books for each and every student. We also get premium subscriptions to Grammarly, canva, etc. The classroom is also the best in class, equipped with good amenities. SIBM Nagpur has 11 committees and 8 clubs to cater to the needs of the students. Events hosted by these clubs and committees keep us busy all the time.
Admission
Smooth admission process as Symbiosis shifted entirely to the online process. The student coordinators were also very helpful while guiding us through the admission process. You will have to apply separately for SIBM Nagpur. before your SNAP Exam results from snap.org Eligibility remains the same as other colleges - min 50% in Xth, XIIth, and UG. Reservation is for SC, ST, and Nagpur Domicile students. The whole process can be communicated to the aspirants more frequently.
