Course Curriculum Overview
I love mechanical engineering. There is ratio of 1:30 for faculty and students. All the facilities are qualified, even some of them are from IIT's and NIT's but the teaching methodology is very conventional. There should be improvement in the term exams timetable formation techniques and exams very pretty easy to pass.
Placement Experience
After 7th semester, candidates become eligible for the placements. Some of the companies which visited this year were BWR, Jindal, Hike Education, Lucas motorworks etc, but they provided very less package. Highest offer was of 3 lacs only. Mostly, all of the students got placed due to mass recruiting, about 80 percent. I'm planning to do masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
There's a scholarship program offered to students from SC, ST and OBC background. For General and EWS, they have Chancellor's Scholarship based on Academics Excellence. No campus job Or extra financial assistance provided. They try to invade student's money.
Campus Life
No, Regular fest is conducted in the Institute. There's also no clubs present for tech students except for Arts students. Library is fine. Classrooms are okayish. No extracurricular activities mentioned in the curriculum.
Admission
There was no entrance test for the admission. Anyone can apply for the course mentioned. All the details regarding can be found on website or you can visit the campus. Reservation benefits can be availed during admission process. There should be admission given on the basis of JEE MAIN Score.
