Course Curriculum Overview
I always want to be a virologist. And thus I selected this course. The faculties are all very much qualified. And they help us in many prospects such as educational mental support and future planning also. I really prefer their teaching process. If someone follows their class slide he or she must pass in the exam. And can got to know about the topic and their interest will grow what they teaches us.
Internships Opportunities
In our department of life science there is no job opportunity by the placement process. But in the geology department there placement is done . In our department many research works are going on which are for human welfare.
Fees and Financial Aid
According to me the admission test fees I very much to bear . And also the course fees also very much. So I think it should be lesser because the students who really deserves this. I have not got any types of scholarship or anything.
Campus Life
The annual fest is MILIEU which till not happened. Very much books are available in the central library and also in the departmental library. Many types of sports tournaments are held here in the various time of the year. There are so many groups in the campus like ' PRESIDENCY UNIVERSITY MARINERS CLUB' for football supporter , ' PRESIDENCY UNIVERSITY FILM SOCIETY ' for film lovers etc.
Hostel Facilities
I got a bed a table and a chair for my study purpose. And also a personal almirah. Meal quality is average. I filled up the hostel form maintaining all rules and regulations of the hostel. I have not rented any type of room or pg. Because I am not able to afford the rent.
Admission
I got admission through 3rd list of PUBDET. It is held by WBJEEB. My GMR rank was 159. I got the application form in the site of presidency University. And the application fees was 800 rupees. Last date of application was 31/12/2023. I have not got any types of reservation because I belong from a general cast family. I think that the admission fees should be lesser because I also belong from a very poor family and I faced problems to pay this amount of admission fees.
