The college is well situated and has a great canteen. It has every requirements within its 3km of radius like cafe, restaurants, hospital, banks etc.
Entrance Preview
JSS is Mysore's top Pharmacy College. It is well known for its quality. For seats in this college you get it through CET or any other exam the college encourages. The other way is management quota. No entrance exams conducted by college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm a fresher to the college this year and I'm pursuing Pharma-D. The college offer a total of 6 different courses. The course is a total of 5 years, 4 years of studies and a year of internship.
Internships Opportunities
The course I'm on has an year of internship. Heard from seniors that internship ain't that great. It won't reach our expectation but so bad too.
Placement Experience
I would probably rate placements 5/10 for the college and i would rate 7/10 for the course I'm pursing. The most of the placements are done to Bangalore and few in Mysore, Hyderabad, Tumkur etc.
College Events
The college is quite fest based and also celebrates different festivals of different religions, castes and also international too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
If you get into this college through CET or any entrance exam probably the fee will be very less and much affordable but if have idea of management quota then probably its not going to be less than 1.5 lakh per annum.
Hostel Facilities
I don't stay in hostel here but there is hostel facility provided by the college and I've heard it from friends that its really a better place to stay in hostels.
Faculty
The faculty here are mainly cooperative which makes it a good attraction towards the quality of the faculty. Me being in this college i feel completely satisfied with the faculty over here.
