Course Curriculum Overview
The Course curriculum is absolutely fine, it teaches in the best way possible and it has been planned accordingly, the faculty members are also good leaving some because they interact with students and make their lives easy.
Placement Experience
Placement all over is good but currently, from the past 2 years, there are not enough opportunities because of the recession in the market. Infosys and Wipro who are mass recruiters of PSIT are not recruiting anything, that's why currently the situation is not so good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is like for BTech CSE, you have to pay 180000 per annum but for some specializations, the fee is reduced to 150000 per annum. The relaxation in fees is not there and it provides the UP government scholarships.
Campus Life
Life at the PSIT campus is not so good if you want to enjoy your college life but if you are a study freak then it's very good for you. There are hardly any clubs which function properly, they do not have any particular coach for particular sports if you want to play, play among yourself and there is just an annual event once a year.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good but it takes lot of course from the students to go there because there are so many rules and even if one rule gets broken ..fine is imposed on the students...food quality is good as compared to other hostels and u can simply apply for hostels while visiting the arena itself.
Admission
I took direct admission, it was a 100-mark assessment before taking direct admission which included 50 marks in grammar and 50 marks in logical mathematics, the specialization of the course was given on this basis of the marks.
