For the SC category of civil engineering, the cut will be around the category rank of 1200-1900 in IITH I found the details of the application form in JOSA, and even the details of reservation benefits are also mentioned on the website. The admission process is all fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this stream because I am interested in the construction field and how the different types of structures were constructed. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:60. Qualification of the faculty most have PhD and even did masters in other countries like the us, the UK, etc.. and some of them even had experience working in on field the teaching style is excellent mostly they explain with practical examples.per course, we have one mid-term, end-term, and assignment. if we listen to classes well and revise the course material it will be easy.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are good the stipend is around they avg stipend is around 40,000 iINR roles of the interns are DataAnylist, ML engineer and Software roles and projects related to ML and Data Structures and algorithms(DSA).
Placement Experience
The placements at the end of the 7th semester, companies like Zomato, Microsoft, Suzuki, Japan Accenture, Oracle, KLA, and many more,total no of companies visited is around 100, and the total offers are more than 300. the highest package according to my knowledge is 62LPA around 50% got placed considering all branches.I want to get placed in good company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is around 1,50,000 INR FOR UG, considering SC reservation The fee will be reduced to 49,000 INR UG, and On-campus jobs will go well be placed in good companies with a minimum package of 12lpa.
Campus Life
The Annual Sports Fest Milan will be conducted in September and The Annual Tech Fest Elan-Vision will be conducted in Feb.Many good books will be available in the library we have books related to every branch and we can get many motivational books. There will be a sports fest called Diesta where each branch people will compete with other branch people to win the cup. sports and extracurricular activities will be encouraged on campus for confessions we have iith.confession page and for gymkhana we have iith.gymkahana etc...
