Review on college life and it's experiences

I chosen this course electronics and communication engineering because I have interest in this course. This course has a vast information about electronics. And in future this course will provide many placements to students persuing this course. The faculty student ratio is good . There are sufficient teachers for us and if we see ratio there are approx.1:13 means one teacher on 13 students or we can say approx 5 teachers for a class of 67 students. Qualification of faculty members are so good. All teachers are well qualified from best institutes for ex iits nits and other best institutes. Their teaching method is well. They make teaching very easy and understandable for students. Some junior teachers are not so good in their teaching method but majority of them are good. The term exams were taken time to time. After completing a unit they take assessment examination and on the direction of aktu they take end semester exams. The difficulty level of paper moderate.

From 7 semester the students become Eligible for campus placement. Many companies visits our campus. Like Amazon, TCS, syska and many other. And they offer no. of placements but clearly I can't tell how many offers. The highest package offered is something about 51 lpa and average is about 4.5 lpa. And I clearly don't know but approx 70% of students get placement. My plan is to do business and trading after getting the degree.

The fee structure for btech student is 115603 rs. The scholarship offered by our college is up scholarship that is for those who are domicile of uttar pradesh and one is nsp scholarship. And I don't know about financial assistance and job in our campus because I have not applied for this.

There are many tech fests conducted in our college. Also, annual fest are conducted in college. Like in starting November fresher's party was organised for all freshers and in month of September and October many tech fests was conducted. And our college library has all types of books and journals. It contains all course books for students and many journals. The amenities provided in the classroom are good. The classroom is air conditioning with curtains on windows and we'll maintain seats. But the switchboard of some classes is not working. Our campus also conducts sports like cricket tournaments and basketball matches, kabaddi matches and many other games and extracurricular activities like slogan writing sketch competitions, and many other activities for students. There are many clubs and social groups are there on social media for students that are run by students like Rotaract Club, kalakriti club, camcircle club, and others.

The facilities that are provided in the room of our hostel is well. The room is well maintained with attached washrooms Have wifi, geyser in all room. And also have ac and non AC rooms . They also have gym and per day cleaner cleans every room and wash rooms. But the meal quantity is not so good and menu is also so so type. According to price meal is not good. Registration process for hostel is simply fill up the registration form give the first payment and take the room. The fees of rooms depends on members. The room have 2 members cost more than room having 4 members and also depends on ac and non AC room. Locality of our hostel is good. Near by is there a market also there is all facilities like hospital, mall, bank all are nearby our hostels.

There are two admission process one is direct process and other is merit based process.The eligibility for direct process is that your score in PCM should be minimum 88 percentage and in merit based admission process the admission is taken through counseling on jee main result. The application form, application fees and application dates are found on college's official website.Yes, the improvement that I want to see in the admission process is that the process of admission is so time taking. So I request all staff and faculty of gcet to do admission in less time
