Life at NM HYDERABAD

The course curriculum in all the NMIMS campuses is similar to the trimester-based course. The faculty is good, most of them are experienced professors. As I said it's a trimester-based system so it is quite hectic with 3 mid terms and 3 end seems in one year.

The internship starts in September some good companies also come and some normal companies. average stipend is around 20k. A lot of marketing companies come for the role there is little problem with the finance internship.

From the 5th trimester, placement starts from September onwards, as the campus is 80kms far away from the main city Hyderabad so sometimes there are problems for the company to come. some good companies that visited are Wells Fargo, and Delloite. the highest package is around 20lacs and the lowest ids 8lacs. Out of the 260 batch 200 students are placed.

I don't know about the fee hike policy of the college but yes every year there is an increase in fees. I have no idea about the scholarships or financial assistance provided by the campus but there are lot of students who take loan from bank to study.

There is no annual fest but a conclave is held every year in which HR of various reputed companies come. Books and journals are easily available in the library also we get books in the first year. classes are well fully furnished, and air-conditioned. Various sports and co-curricular activities are there on the campus. there are various clubs and committees in the campus like HR Club. Marketing Club, Finance Club, Alumni Committee and more.

Hostels are fully furnished with four-seater rooms. food is good but you get only vegetarian food in the hostels, after the admission fees you need to submit the hostel fees of 2.5 lacs. Hyderabad campus is a residential campus so there is no option of rented rooms or living in PG , everyone has to live in hostel.

Eligibility for the course is that you need to have completed your undergraduate course, students in the last year of undergrad course can also apply. The application form, application fees, and application date are all on the NMAT portal. I don't know about the reservation benefits. For admission, you need first to qualify for the NMAT exam which will be conducted in online mode and then a personal interview, wat, and Watson Glaser test is conducted and the final result is made by combining all of these, and then offer letter is sent.
