Remarks
BHU, I will say the name is enough. It is in itself a phenomena. Being here really makes me feel proud as I did my schooling also from here. I will say this is the best college for nurturing moral and academic values among students.
Entrance Preview
Our University conducts an open examination every year. As I am a student from Biology stream so I chose to appear for B.Sc examination from biology. After clearing the exam successfully I got admission here.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is solely designed by the BHU academic curriculum management team and it use to be too precise. All the topics are framed well and made as lucid as possible.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are given in various instances of course duration. Many organisations are having internships campus here too. The stipend they pay is approximately 7 thousands I guess.
Placement Experience
Placements are not that much here as most of the organisation are not focused towards hiring the degree students still some organisations come here to give some part time exposure.
College Events
Many events are organised by the management and by our department too. Just previous month only we had Big Bang Biology Fest which was too informative.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee amount is too reasonable as it is a government university so it is very low. We pay around 4000 rupees per semester as my father is an employee here so I get concession too.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided over academic performance of students also there is provision for backward caste students.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities remain on peak. Just few weeks ago we had SPARDHA: The Sports Fest where students from various colleges participated.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good. As I am not in hostels so can't say much. They look too old from outside.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network in BHU is something not to talk about. We have seniors working in various sectors come to campus for addressing us sometimes
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted on semester basis and practicals are associated with them as part of internals.
Faculty
Faculty members are very well trained to handle the degree students. They have a good knowledge on their subjects and interact very well too. Most of them are well qualified
