Overall a decent college with a good ROI

•Course curriculum is at per of the top b school in India. • More than 90 percent of faculty members are very good and helpful. All the faculty members are always ready to help you with your academic challenges. • Faculty: Student ratio is 3:7 •All the faculty members are PhD holder. Some have industry experience of more than 15 years. • Term exam are taken on time. In every term two exams are taken , mid term and end term. The difficulty of exam level is moderate. It's not hard to pass the exam. If you are moderate in academic, you will easily pass the exam.

• They provide good Summer internship also. Mostly start ups come for the Summer internship. Along with start up big name like ICICI, Tata AIG, Tata Steel, Droom, Dabur also have recruited for Summer internship.

•Campus placement is decent. The average package offered 12.67 LPA, which is a good number for new college like this. • From the 4th term itself, the final placement starts. •ICICI has been a major recruiter for the college. Apart from this, companies like Tata AIG, Axis Bank, Airtel, Dabur, Tata Steel etc are the prominent recruiters. • This year, already more than 60% students got placed, despite the poor market scenario.

•Fee structure is on slightly higher side considering it's location. But the fees can be compensated as per ROI, as the ROI is good. • All the students got placed in previous batch. Considering this year's market scenario, the placement is not at per the previous years. But overall it is good, Considering the market condition. • North East students and EWS students can get scholarship depending on their CAT percentile and academic performance.

•Campus life at MDIM is very enjoyable. There are saying that MDIM never sleeps. The canteen serves till 3.00 AM. The canteen 'Angethi' is platform for collaboration. You can do your group or club work in 'Angethi' . The library is also open till 3.00 A.M. So you can access library whenever you want. •You can get every book related to MBA in the library. Also other books can be found there. Daily news paper facility is also available. •The classrooms are very modern and amphitheater style. • The nightlife is very vivid and lively. • There are 3 committee and more than 20 clubs. You can join any of it. Though before joining the club and committee, your Interview will be taken •In every month more than 5 events are conducted by various clubs.

•Ther are two type of hostel rooms, single and double. Single rooms are small but enough for one's stay. Double rooms are very big and attached bathroom. So , if privacy concerns, you can choose Single room over double room. • Meal menu is good but there are concerns about quality. I would say the quality is average. •No need to register for hostel separately , the college authority will allocate it.

• The admission process was very smooth. The college have conducted PI round after shortlisting based on CAT result. •I had given CAT. I had got 75 percentile and applied for this college. •Eligibility of this course is that anyone having graduation of any stream and valid CAT score can apply. Minimum 75 percentile in CAT is preferable. •The application form can be found in the official website of MDI Murshidabad •Admission process was smooth. Only improvement needed is that they should publish the admission rank. You have no option to see your waitlist.

• I faced only PI round. No GD and written test were taken. • After CAT result I have applied for the college and was selected to sit for PI. • I have prepared for the PI round by reading news paper daily, reading some basic term of my graduation subject and as I have work ex , I was prepared to speak what I have done in my job.
