The course I selected is a General Management program affiliated with the prestigious IIT system, ensuring a robust academic foundation. I was drawn to this program due to its comprehensive curriculum, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The faculty members, with a commendable 1:6 ratio of faculty to students, are highly qualified and eminent in their respective fields. The teaching methodology predominantly revolves around case studies, providing a real-world perspective and enhancing problem-solving skills. The faculty's qualifications are impressive, reflecting expertise and experience, which enriches the learning experience. The interaction between students and faculty is dynamic, fostering an engaging academic environment. The program spans four semesters, each culminating in exams. The timing and organization of term exams were well-coordinated, ensuring a smooth academic calendar. The exams, both minor and major, were challenging yet fair.

There are internship opportunities from all streams of MBA that is Consulting, marketing, finance operations and HR and Roles vary from product manager to general management, consulting even political consulting. Companies like Reliance, Reckitt, PnG, Bain, Synergy Consulting etc. visit the campus

The students are eligible for Summer Internship plates placements right from the first semester and final semester holds the final placements. The mean and median package for final placements goes around 24 to 25 lacs. 100% of the batch gets placed. Companies like Amazon Flipkart PNG Reckitt Reliance also visit the campus

Rendezvous fest conducted for all IIT students and Parivartan annual fest conducted for DMS students. Central library of IIT Delhi is one the best resources in India accessible to all management students. Classes are equipped with all required seating and smart class experiences. IIT Delhi is known for sports. We've world class sports complex and facilities. There are clubs for all streams like operations, marketing, finance and consulting. There are students run committees such as cultural, international relations, alumini relations etc.

The admission process for the course I pursued involved appearing for the CAT (Common Admission Test) exam. To be eligible, a minimum overall percentile of 90 in CAT was required, along with a minimum of 50 percent in the 12th board examination. The CAT exam is a standardized test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) to evaluate candidates for admission to their various management programs.

Eligible candidates underwent personal interviews conducted on-campus, facilitated by panels comprising faculty members and alumni. The interviews delved into diverse aspects, encompassing personality evaluation, exploration of work experience, examination of current affairs awareness, and discussion on future goals. Preparation for these interviews was diligently pursued, primarily through resources such as YouTube videos and newspapers. The intention was to equip oneself with a well-rounded understanding of potential discussion topics. YouTube videos provided valuable insights into interview techniques, while newspapers offered a reliable source for staying abreast of current affairs. This multifaceted preparation approach aimed to enhance not only knowledge but also the ability to articulate thoughts effectively during the interview process. The inclusion of faculty members and alumni in the interview panels added a comprehensive perspective to the evaluation process.
