I chose this course due to my interest in AI and computer architecture. The faculty at Aligarh Muslim University is highly qualified and experienced, maintaining a good student-to-teacher ratio. The teaching methods are effective. Term exams are conducted timely, with two exams per semester (midsem - 25 marks, endsem - 60 marks). The difficulty level is consistently challenging across all subjects, requiring diligent preparation. Overall, the course curriculum is aligned with my interests, and the faculty's expertise enhances the learning experience.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 50660 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not that good, they are taking high fees for AI branch and not providing enough facilities also the faculty is not senior. No scholarship or financial assistance was provided on the campus

Campus Life

Life at the Aligarh Muslim University campus is vibrant. The annual fest is named Zarf, held in March, and there's a tech fest too. The library is well-equipped with a variety of books and journals, including a book bank for affordable course books. Classrooms boast good amenities, contributing to a conducive learning environment. The campus offers diverse sports and extracurricular activities. Notable social groups and clubs include the Robotics Club, Machine Learning Club, and student-run websites like collegecanteen.com and amupedia.com, fostering a rich social life and academic engagement.

Admission

Aligarh Muslim University's admission process was straightforward. I met the eligibility criteria of a minimum of 50% marks in class 12 and found the application form, fees, and dates on the AMU website. I didn't avail reservation benefits. Overall, the process was smooth, but a notable improvement could be minimizing delays in releasing exam results. Nevertheless, AMU's comprehensive online information made navigating the admission process convenient.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I applied to a few other universities along with Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), but AMU was my first preference due to its strong academic reputation, affordable fees, and well-structured curriculum.
