Remarks

Basically, there was an entrance conducted by DUET, which was back then under DU and now known as CUET, around July. After that, a merit list is released based on the cutoff marks set by the respective college department. You need to verify your documents, first in the Department of Commerce (DSE), and then at your respective college, where your name appears. This all essentially comprises the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

So, basically, there are 4 semesters, each including 5 subjects. In each semester of the first year, you cover subjects you've studied in your BCom and BCom (Hons). Then, in the second year, you choose a major and minor based on your interest field, such as marketing, finance, international business, and banking. These are mostly common subjects opted for by students, based on the faculty. Generally, you have teachers who mostly teach you in DSE, so you follow the curriculum accordingly for exams. For internals and attendance, you need to attend your respective department.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since the fees are quite low for post graduation in most of the colleges so this system doesn't work here like regular students, scholarships aren't as common, but you can apply for basic DU scholarships, which are usually need-based or offered under other categories provided by DU.

Campus Life

3.5

So basically, there are two libraries. The first is RTL (Ratan Tata Library), accessible to all in DSE, requiring an early pass costing 1200 rupees. The second library is in SRCC, accessible to all courses respective to the department. Regarding clubs and societies, there's mainly the Placement Cell (CMC), where you can become a society member, and perhaps 1-2 content societies. You also get basic access to the Crossroads college fest in SRCC, which generally takes place once a year. Additionally, there's a business conclave for general pep talks by famous personalities and industry leaders. These are all part of college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would read the course curriculum as quite relative and compressor because it covers almost all the important topic that a student needs to understand the subject properly the syllabus is designed in a way that concepts the basis concept with real world application so it doesn't feel out dated or disconnected from current industry needs most chapter are very stricted and gradually increase in difficulty which make learning smoother and the same time there are few area where the course could include more updated content or practical exposure but over all it provide us solid foundation the combination of theory assignments practicals and project make the curriculum aur coria assignments practical and project make the balance and useful for both higher study and future career path
