- I liked most is transportation and road connectivity.
- Infrastructure is build through well planned,I liked it most.
- Security system, it attracted most and then gardens and lawns.
Dislikes
- Drainage system is very poor , especially during rainy season. Water logging is more during rainy day.
- Less spacious room in departments like geography and , statistics etc.
- Quality of meal is not as expected.taste of food is not so good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Due to it's name and fame in odisha as compared to other colleges and universities.one more thing is quality education. Most of the Ravenshaw graduates are holdesr of higher position in different fields. I have seen most of the facilities are cooperative and kind . Some of them are qualified and some are experienced teachers.some of them are NET/JRF/PhD holders.for every academic year,there are two exams semester 1and 2.not so difficult,it is easy to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
In Ravenshaw University fee is affordable and cost of study is also affordable. It is odishas oldest college and prestigious college .later on in 2006 it recognised as University. The state government is providing,state scholarship to economically backward students and also to SC/ST students.so, it helps students pursue higher studies as well as for college fee.
Campus Life
Overally campus life is good .there are many kind of fest takes place like annual fest , Ganesh fest , important days also observed.many kind of seminars and programs takes place.central library is open for every one .it is a sea of knowledge to Ravenshaw students. In every year annual athletic meet is organised.
Hostel Facilities
In every room 4 students are staying. Overally the meal quality is moderate and menu is also moderate.the registration process for hostel is very easy and cost is affordable.in every hostel warden and caretakers thare for hostel joining process. Those who not selected for hostel can stay out side the campus by renting.renting is affordable in Cuttack.
Admission
To get admission in Ravenshaw University minimum 12th pass with 60% mark.the application form,dates,fees and detailed information is available at Ravenshaw University website itself.reservation is given to SC/ST students and also for economically backward students. as per my knowledge, every thing is fine and best.
