Course Curriculum Overview

I have taken the cse group because i have interested in coding and i want to become a software developer and there is a 5 faculty members for every 100 students and the faculty members are highly experienced and good in teaching but about the exams there is no time gap beteen exams.

Class Size: 47Course Fees: INR 265000 per year

Placement Experience

In this college from the sixth semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements and the companies visited for our college is virtusa, wipro, accenture, infosys, google, amazon and other were visiting and the highest package is 25 lakhs per annum offered and the 100 percentage placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees structure for management quota students was very expensive and the cost to study is not affordable for lower middle class persons and the scholarships are allowed in this college and the placements average salary is 5 lakhs per annum.

Campus Life

the annual fest and tech fest was held in this college but it was not as much as expected and the books availability there in this college library and the sports ground was there in this rmk college and the clubs,social groups run by the students only

Hostel Facilities

In this rmk college the facilities provided in the room was a shelf for each person and the meals having both non veg and veg items and the registration process for hostel was done in the college fees only

Admission

I didn't take any entrance exam but for joining the computer science and engineering in the rmk college of engineering and technology we must have to pass intermediate exam with more than 75 percentage marks for taking the computer science group and to find the application form of rmk college of engineering and technology it has college official website www.rmkcet.ac.in and more information was also there in that website only. there is a reservation benefits in this college there should some official phonecall after applying the college form..

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Full time experience of Engineering

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I choosed this rmk college of engineering and technology which is located in tiruvallur district, because of their quality education and thier perfect system. I am not degrading other colleges but as of i know my college is little more strict and friendly than some other colleges. And i didn't make any options for colleges, from starting i preferred only this college only. Here admission process is first u should come with 12th or diploma marksheet and they will vertify with the what percentage you got and they will allot the seat. I applied for TNEA councelling and I got this seat through TNEA counselling I had around 40 colleges in my list and I got confirmed seat allotment in this college which I preferred as my second option and it is my interest to join in this college.
