Agriculture is bank bone of our country so I like to do agri course. faculties available more than enough. Qualification of staff must be phd . Totally 4 years course with 8 semesters. Each semester is 6 months. Not much difficult to pass in the examinations. There should be lab class ,field class and classroom classes .

Class Size: 106Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There should be increase in amount of semester fee.. Scholarship should be avail for first graduate students and also community wise scholarship are available. Yearly campus interview conducted in TNAU coimbatore campus.

Campus Life

Yearly celebrations like muthamizil vizha, sports events, freshers day etc.. In classrooms classes conducted through powerpoint also. Inter College competition conducted yearly once. Students club , sports club, hiking club, social service club are available.

Hostel Facilities

In rooms cot ,shelf, study table are available. In mess meal quantity and quality are good. Daily menu and snack are available. Hostel registration during admission in college. PG are available near the college and it is safe.

Hostel Fee: INR 32000 per year

Admission

One should complete 12th STD with maths biology or pure science. Application process through online mode. We have to secure maximum cutoff to avail the course. Reservation availablity based on categories like BC, MBC, SC,ST.

the curriculum is okay for this institute, yet i would definitly suggest other institutes to look for if u want to do the same couse witha better curriculum. the curriculum was very packed and breaks were very limited. the teaching methods are usually ppt and word. textbooks are suggested but barely used

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is fully about agriculture, which made me to take this course. Our curriculum contain more practical which helps us to teach for farmers is future . Frequency of exams is 2.30 hours for theory , misdemeanor 45 minutes , practical 2.30 hours , there is no difficulty in the timing of exams.

This course have the last two semester that is the fourth year as all India study tour rave and experiential learning in which you have no exams from the TNAU by rather than focusing on field in our experiences of the student by the students are placed upon in particular village allotted to area office so the students would face the struggles and experience of an agricultural officer in field level and get contact with the farmer and intraway we also get many certificates it will be useful for as career in all India study tour we are exposed to various states and cities of total India we will travel to various station in located in all over the country and we also get a huge exposure to it in inexperiential learning we are allowed to choose two modules in which one for one subject based upon the college this providing at the time we get exposure up on the practical and the industrial aspects of how to produce something either in the field of agriculture Horticulture aquaculture poultry etcetera. Clampes you based upon agriculture aspect and it is also useful for UPSC aspirants too improvements is that you can add some transportation facilities from main city to this college because it's located in the rural area and also there are need to be more labs of higher advanced the exam is for two and half for a 40 marks of the final year exam and the practical exam maybe depend upon external who comes mostly it is also around some three hours and The Viva may extend up to many time based upon external and the midsem for 1 hour

Only after 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement but without arrears. Bayers , Tata Rallis, auxin bio science, this are fertilizer companies . They only conducted interview for marketing category. Average package 40000-50000 . Low number of students only choose placement most of all chosen higher studies. Job or entrepreneur

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu.
