- Colleg life, atmosphere and fests conducted in college and it is fun when we have friends of same vibe
- Infrastructure was good in classrooms and some faculty encourages in many ways
- csd course is good and the faculty are also good
Dislikes
- Placements are tough this year and placememt training was not that much effective as I got feedback from seniors
- It is very strict and we are not allowed to go out
- Fests are also less and it will be a disappointment for us
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose csd data science as data science is a trending technology and I am interested in learning data. We have 1faculty for every subject for 70 students. We have 2 faculty for labs and we have 3 to 4 labs for each sem and we have 2 sems 4 mids they take average of mids to add for internals and the sem exams are difficult compared to mid exams.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year 2 nd sem you are eligible for placements and the training for placements starts from 2 nd year 2 nd sem and the highest package is 9 lpa for this year and many students are placed in 2020 but now the placements are low and Wipro Tcs Cts Accenture stellantis virtusa greenko capegemini nomus medho drive wells Fargo and many companies visit the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 75000 we have to pay 5000 and if your are eligible for fee reimbursment government will pay 70000 for management quota the fee will 1.25 for csd students. As it is new course tha passed out batch will be next year apart from our batch remaining branches have good placements before recedsion but during recession it was little tough
Campus Life
For every 2 years there will be one college day and one ethnic day they are celebrated grandly and farewell parties and Anokha and many programs are conducted by many forums and on every Wednesday we have many activities conducted by the clubs. We have IEEE ISTE IEI English clud CAD forum. IEEE is an international forum. We have UDDDAN for every college day a sports program and many sports are conducted. We have library with lots of books related to study and non studdy books. We have Instagram pages and college radio.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is not good it is considered as a average according to rating. There will be no non veg only veg and in the hostel we have 3 types of rooms ac with attached bathroom common washrooms non ac with attached washroom. The fee will be 75k, 85k for ac rooms and we will have outing on every Sunday and registration process is done at administration block only. We have many PGs at Checkpost C camp locality. Meal quality is average
Admission
My admission process was done through the Apeapcet counselling after getting seat they will ask for our documents and reservation category is applicable so i got for 44k rank. Without reservation you should get 13k for oc. The admission processs is done at admistration block where you need to provide all documents after self reporting. At the time of self reporting you need self reporting copies only. I opt csd datascience course
