- It has experienced and well educated faculties where we are getting quality of education.
- There are libraries and e-resouces centre where we can get everything like study materials,on the topic of project, seminar etc which made easy for students.
Dislikes
- Some buildings should be renovate because it's too old and damage any time.
- we need more staff and faculties because there's still shortage of faculties i think.
- Although our university is oldest and prestigious but there's still development and cleanliness required for beautification of the campus.so that it would attract everyone attention as per my opinion.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have taken zoology as my honours, this University is oldest, prestigious university in Odisha and well known for its quality education. The teacher and student ratio is 11:34. Most of the faculties are experienced and well qualified like NET,JRF and PhD . We have 2 exams in each year that's semester one and two. It's easy to pass in exams because we are getting quality education from experienced and talented teachers.
Fees and Financial Aid
Cost of study is minimum and affordable.Even the poor background students can afford it. State scholarship can be provided to those students whose annual income is not more 2.5 lakh. Through this scholarship a student can continue his/her study.
Campus Life
There are many types of fest, functions, programs, cultural activities and seminars takes place in every years inside the campus. In our department we have free Wi-Fi,smart board, aqua guard for drinking, laboratory and specimens for practical and experiment. We have a large play ground and indoor stadium where types of games are played like football, basketball, cricket and badminton etc.And there's a open amphitheatre for annual function and programs and club which is handled by students.
Hostel Facilities
There are more than 9 hostel for both boys and girls in our campus. In our hostel has free Wi-Fi, drinking water, well maintained toilet and rooms, has library and gym room etc. There are many staffs like gardener, cleaners and security guards . There's canteen in an each and every hostel for food where they provide different items and quality food.The minimum requirement mark is 60 % for ST/SC and above 70%for general category which she/he has to score on previous board exams for the hostel. Mode of application is through online on the college official website as well as offline where she/he has to go warden office for application.
Admission
Minimum requirement to get into this University is 12th pass with any board equivalent to 12th with 60% . If someone want to get admission into this college she/he has to visit official web site of raveshaw university college. Reservation are kept for SC and ST students in the field of hostel, courses etc. As per my knowledge admission process is okay.

I didn't opt for this college because I have got selected in Raveshaw University, Cuttack which is most prestigious and oldest University in Odisha.
