My review of IILM UNIVERSITY as a first year CSE student

I choose BTECH in computer science in IILM UNIVERSITY as it offers a really good learning environment. Your personal and educational growth in this course is very good. The faculty to student ratio in the university is about 1:20. The faculty here are all qualified and experienced. They provide a very good learning experience. Their teaching methods are really good and easy to understand. They teach us with verbal and visual methods. They tech us with the help of ppt presentations and videos. Now coming to the exam pelart of the curriculum. There is a mid term exam and a end semester exam which after 3 and 5 months of the starting of teaching respectively.

Internships opportunities are quite huge as multiple roles are offered on the basis of the specializations, there are mentors also who guide you through the Internship process. There are multiple open internship on the "salesforce" website of the college but salesforce can get stuck if there are many students applying on it at same time.

There are many opportunities available as multiple companies visit here from 3rd year or onwards 5th semester. The companies that hire from this university are Infosys, KPMG and many other startups around Delhi and N.C.R region.Highest package till date is around 18 lakhs and average is around 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. About 75% students get placed.

The fees in the university is very reasonable comparing to other universities in Greater Noida. The overall year tuition fees is 1lakhs 75 thousands including all extra charges such as exam fees, etc. You can get a scholarship based on your 12th class percentage or your JEE score.

Their is a annual fest and one or two tech summits each year. The annual fest happens around November or December and the tech summit happens around February and March. The engineering library has all the books you'll need through your semesters and it also has personal growth books and novels which you want to explore. The classrooms are fully air conditioned and have wifi, projector and a blackboard. The classroom's infrastructure is very modern and comfortable. There is a sportsthon during the annual fest and there are all the sports available in the campus except swimming. There are many events happening throughout the year inside the campus such as tech talks, personal growth speeches, debates, sketches, etc. There are many club such as social media club, coding club, entrepreneurship club, rebotics club, etc. They all are run by the students and also have a faculty coordinator.

I heve opted for the double seater non-ac room. The rooms are well furnished and the washroom is attached to the room itself. The food quality is not very good. Somedays the food is good, but on somedays the food is not really good. There is egg meal once every week for non-vegetarians. The registration for hostels is done at the time of admissions. The fees for hostel rooms vary on your choice of type of room you opt for. The single seater ac rooms are of 146000 and doble seater rooms are of 135000 and the triple seater rooms are of 108000. The university is situated in Knowledge park 2 in Greater noida and there is a wide range of pg and flat options around the unversity.

There is such eligibility criteria, just you should have given an engineering entrance exam or you should be 12th pass with PCM(Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). At the time of admission the university do take a entrance exam but that is only formality.
