REVIEW ABOUT HOLKAR COLLEGE

I choose this course firstly I have an interest in computers.secondly it provide a great opportunity for my future . I can learn coding and web designing through this course . The demand for the same is high nowdays . Faculty - There are about 30 to 35 teachers in my department. All are very educated and with a good nature . Teaching method - 1 Digital boards 2 Lab learning 3 simple lectures 4 Flip learning 5 blend learning Exams are conducted on time . The level of exam idls moderate .

The college provide internship to the students . The companies like HDFC, Tata and Wipro etc The college provide field project as internship . The students visit to zoo to study behaviour of animals . The students of forensic department visit to police station to do project on documentation.

Most of the students get placement after doing there pg courses . Very few companies came here to give placement like tata , Wipro , HDFC Bank etc. Highest package of the college is 40 lpa . Lowest package is 5 - 6 lack . 50 percent students get placement. My goal is to do MCA .

Fees structure - The anual fees of the course is 25800 for 1st year . Students can pay the fees at one time or can pay in installments. Scholarships - 1 medhavi - The students who scored above 75 percent in mp board and the students who scored above 80 percent in cbse are eligible for this scholarship. The government pay the fees of students . 2 sambal- The students who have sambal card can apply for this.

The college conduct cultural fest this year in January. Many other fest also conducted by college. Each department conduct club activities , quize compitition . The college has well maintained library. All the books needed by students are available . This year new books had been brought . Each department has its own library. The college conduct annual sports meet . The college has volleyball, tennis,basketball ground and football ground . The college has groups like NSS and NCC . The college also has CHILD HEALTH CARE CENTRE.

The name of the boys hostel is RAMANUJAN BOYS HOSTEL . The college also provide girls hostel . Registration process- The students who had to take admission in hostel has to fill the form given by hostel warden in the hostel. The students get admission on the basis of merit list . The hostel has capacity of 80 seats . 90 percent 1st year students and 10 percent 2nd year students are allowed. The mess is run privately. The environment of hostel is very good .

ADMISSION PROCESS- The college does not conduct any entrance exam for admission. The students get admission on the basis of merit list .The cut off of the college in 2023 is 70 percent. Eligibility - The student must have background from maths group and above 75 percent in 10 + 2 grade . The student can get the admission form from Madhyap Pradesh education board. And all the information regarding college can get from college website. No we don't want any improvement in admission process.
